Around 60 per cent of air travellers inform that they experience some kind of discomfort when they are travelling by air. The degree of unease varies from mildly anxious to petrified. For some the discomfort starts way ahead, and this affects their wellbeing and quality of life. In addition to uncovering some myths about airplanes and flying, Elisabeth will provide you with easy- to- learn, yet effective coping tools to be used before and during the flight.

From her work in the cockpit, Elisabeth has had daily contact with people who have a fear of flying. She is trained and practices as Professional Coach, and is a NLP Trainer with the Nordic Coach & NLP Academy in Oslo. By adopting her expertise as an Airline Captain and Professional Coach, she is a great resource for anyone who is looking for a more comfortable flying experience.
